In individual therapy, I help clients step toward the emotions and patterns that have quietly shaped their lives, often outside of awareness. Using Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), I work to uncover the defenses that once protected but now keep distance from deeper healing. Anxiety, self-doubt, and relational struggles are often signals of something unprocessed—something waiting to be felt, understood, and moved through. Therapy is a space to lean in rather than avoid, to work with rather than against yourself, and to step into the freedom that comes with facing what’s been buried.
